Waterland offers family rooms, three-room apartments and the attached studio apartment. This studio apartment on the ground floor is suitable for two people and has its own entrance and bathroom and kitchen.

The house is spacious, modern and light, with a beautiful green view. Opened in 2021 and equipped with a cozy fireplace and central heating, the house offers all the comfort to relax.
The house has a sheltered south-facing garden, perfect for enjoying the sun until late at night. In the morning you can have breakfast outside in a relaxing garden, surrounded by whistling birds.
Inside there is a luxurious bathroom with a bathtub under a skylight, so you can admire the stars while bathing.
Layout of 3 bedrooms: two large bedrooms with double beds each spacious bedroom with a double bed (indivisible into two single beds) and a bunk bed suitable for adults. 1 bedroom has a double bed and a single bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and is adjacent to a spacious dining area. There are two toilets (upstairs and downstairs), as well as a washing machine and dryer. For families with small children, stair gates and child-safe barriers are provided at the exits.
Children free up to 17 years.
Travel cot for children up to approximately 4 years old.
Important house rules: Pets, smoking and parties are not allowed. Minimum age for renters: 29 years. Smoking is not allowed inside.
